LIS Land Surface Parameter Documentation
Land surface models simulate the physical and dynamical process of the land surface. Driven by external forcing, the spatial and temporal evolution of these processes are intrinsically determined by the physical and dynamical properties, or parameters, of the land surface. Although different land surface models emphasize different aspects of these processes, thus using different sets of land surface parameters, there are a common set of land surface parameters that are being used by most land surface models. Here you can find the archive of all the land surface parameters to be used by the land surface models in LIS.
